BLU-924: Added serial support to exceptions.
BLU-926: Exceptions - Added decals to stockcode. (Serial and Batch only so far)
BLU-928: Exceptions - Now shows EXO OLD,EXO NEW, BE OLD and BE NEW in summary section and colors values based on changes.
BLU-928: Exceptions - Tidied up summary layout border.

HIT-87: Added a "PrintTest" button to the Printing page of the dashboard.
HIT-93: Allow lookup items to be picked.
        Checks lookup when manual picking and improved performance of GetStockItem code.
HIT-96: Dashboard - Printing tab now has a "Print Test" tab that lets you specify order number and location to print for the test.
HIT-97: CONNOTE information to be stored in DISPATCH_INFO.

MIL-46: Added "Select other bin" menu option to add new bin when handling exceptions.

NIT-54: Added config settings to change the subject of track and trace emails. Changed using config settings TRACK_AND_TRACE_RECEIVED_SUBJECT_VERB, TRACK_AND_TRACE_DISPATCHED_SUBJECT_VERB and TRACK_AND_TRACE_DELIVERED_SUBJECT_VERB.

Issues
------

AAA-172: Made description field longer in X_VERDANT_INSERT_SALESORD_LINES and X_VERDANT_UPDATE_SALESORD_LINES so it does not get cut off in invoices.

BLU-922: Resolve issue when closing dialog before receiving response from web service.
BLU-923: Ensure PickingSystemPickingActivity.doSubmit check activity isn't closing first.
BLU-931: Resolved issue where keyboard instantly disappears when trying to edit bin total on Nokia and Virtual tablet.

DIR-26: Do not overwrite DISPATCHINFO for a particular client.

MIL-46: Fixed scanner support for selecting bin and batch.
MIL-48: Resolve issue where exceptions created a negative row for stock transactions made in BE
MIL-53: When inserting a sales order line the discount is set to 0 instead of NULL as Exo does not handle the NULL value

SEY-83: Only auto merge X_VERDANT_STOCK_LOC_BIN_INFO lines when they have equal exception_entry status as exceptions need to be put into correct bins.
	Color changed bins green or red so user can see which ones will be changing.
